About Sarah

I have called Richmond home since 1988 when I started art school at VCU(Virginia Commonwealth University). Living here has instilled in me a love of old homes, with all of their quirks and beauty. I have renovated 2 personal homes and helped clients with design and renovations, from kitchen layouts, furniture placement, use of space etc. My design background is very helpful on the listing side with staging, on the buyer side with how a space will work for a client's needs, and after purchasing, working with them to make their new dwelling feel like home. I keep a list of contractors I like to work with and recommend, and share that with clients. I have also worked with new construction and newer homes.

My style is one of calmness and education, so my clients are well informed and know what to expect, as much as possible. I point them in the right direction for researching what's important to them, whether it's safety, schools, nearest coffee shop etc.
