As ALWAYS Sarah proves herself as a standout realtor! Being military (and buying and selling due to military moves) and not knowing who to turn to, she was the first person who has made this process stress-free. She knows this business (and not just for her area), but other areas of Arkansas as well. I was going to use a local realtor (same town) And they wanted to list my house for $20k less to sell. That’s money I would have lost. She did the comps and I made $$$. I didn’t lose. I will always turn to Sarah from RE/MAX First.....1st!! Thanks again Sarah!
