About Sarah

Sarah Lynch’s approach to real estate is the same as her approach to life: “I go all out.” It is a formula that works, earning top dollar for her clients and awards for Sarah. Licensed as a Real Estate Profession since February 2005, Sarah is widely respected by her clients and her colleagues. “I make sure my clients do not feel the bumps,” Sarah says, “because it really matters to me. I become part of the family with each transaction and my clients become my friends.” Before launching her real estate career, she owned and operated a telecommunications service/installation business for 11 years with fourteen employees. “Managing a staff that size is not so different from real estate,” Sarah comments. “There are so many people involved in every transaction, and you really want to hang onto the good ones. I have worked with the same lender and escrow agent for the past 10 years. My team of processors is very strong. What we put into escrow stays in escrow. I run a tight ship.” Today, based in the flagship Newport Beach office of RE/MAX One Luxury, Sarah works with sellers and buyers throughout the region. “I know Southern California’s beautiful coastal communities inside out. I know the neighborhoods, the homes, the marketplace, and, of course, the lifestyle. Though Sarah works with all types of transactions, she has two areas of special expertise: relocation and heirs processing the sale of properties. She is known for her impressive customer service, handling the details that will make a real difference for her clients. “I am diligent and do what I say I am going to do.” A strong negotiator, she understands contracts and disclosures, and appreciates the importance of deadlines. “I work very hard to ensure that every client closes their transaction a happy camper,” she says.
