She is deeply passionate about Real Estate. On vacation or spare time, she is scoping all the newest listings. She loves people. Connecting with a variety of folks is energizing and adds to her purpose. Learning about her client’s goals and helping their dream of homeownership come true is an incredible honor and extremely fulfilling to her. In 2009 she quit her career in finance to train as an appraiser by her mother, one of the best decisions in her life. In 2019, she decided to marry her love of homes with love of people and become a Realtor. Making Master’s Club each year since she has been licensed, she is grateful to her extraordinary clients for their trust in her. She has closed various transactions ranging from starter homes to custom luxury estates topping values in the millions. Although she hails from the East Bay, she is proud to call herself a Sac State alumni and has been enjoying Sacramento since 2002. She is all about communication with her clients and fellow agents. Creating meaningful and lasting relationships is her goal. She takes a counselor and coaching approach. She provides all the insight, experience, and tools necessary for her clients to reach their own decisions, free of pressure. With her appraisal background, she can say she is an expert at knowing and understanding value as well as price positioning.
