This was our first experience with buying a home. On our first meeting, Sarah sat down with us to explain the entire process. We immediately felt more at ease about this major undertaking. She listened to all of our wants and needs and showed us houses that fit our criteria. After searching around a bit, we decided that building a new home would be right for us. Sarah was there at every step giving us insight and explaining things we didn't understand. As it turns out, our building process turned out to somewhat of a nightmare - slow progress, wrong items, and very poor communication from the builder. Sarah helped us navigate these choppy waters and was our go to person with questions. She never let us feel alone or abandoned through the entire ordeal. As first time homebuyers we chose to get a buyers agent to help us pick out our new house. We are so please we selected Sarah to guide us through this process. She met with us at the beginning, listened to what we were looking for, and immediately began research and sent us potential houses daily. It all started with a phone call out of curiosity. My daughter spent her summer 2012 in Houston as an intern at MD Anderson Cancer. My son also wanted to move to Houston in search for a better job or continuing his education in the business field; so, I was debating whether to rent or to buy a place. I decided to search online and found a realtor’s phone number. I called and left a message. A few days later, I received a phone call from a friendly lady.
