SARAH OLSON

Sarah knows that buying or selling your home is an emotional process with many steps. She stands ready to help you with anything you need, and she will be there for you every step of the way, even long after the sale is closed. After all, our philosophy at ReeceNichols is to build lifelong relationships with our clients.

The whole experience can be overwhelming, and Sarah enjoys helping both buyers and sellers navigate the process. From helping the seller with the enormous task of getting the home ready to go on the market, to the buyer who is looking for a home to take them through their next life chapter. It's a monumental decision for either party to make a move and I am here to help.

Sarah grew up in Topeka, KS, as well as on a cattle ranch in south central Kansas. She has been in the Real Estate business since 2002. Prior to real estate she worked part time which allowed her to be home with her children. Shortly after graduating from college, and before starting a family, Sarah was the assistance director at a retirement community. That was one of her favorite jobs as she enjoys working with and getting to know the elderly. Her husband is a veterinarian and they have been married 36 years. They have 3 grown children, 2 wonderful sons in law and 3 grandchildren.

Sarah also graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1983.

As a Realtor Sarah finds it is imperative that she attend as many continuing education classes as possible. There is always something new to learn and to improve upon. She is also a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, church activities and above all, spending time with her family.
