Sarah was an amazing realtor to work with! Looking for a house anytime over the past year or so has been tricky and when I started my search about four months ago, she was always on top of finding what was available and making me her first priority. I felt as if Sarah genuinely was my realtor and mine only in the sense that she knows what you want, knows what’s out there to look at (even sometimes before it’s on the market), and is no hassle when communicating to sellers on your behalf. Sarah made sure the entire process of listing my home to buying my next one went extremely smooth and I truly could not have had a better experience! If you are looking for a great home buying experience, Sarah is the way to go!

We appreciated working with Sarah as our realtor. She was just the right fit four our family; very professional and experienced and she has a warm and friendly personality that put us at ease throughout the process. Sarah was very patient with us through our numerous questions and was accessible and responsive. While our home was a half hour away from Ankeny we still felt we got as attentive of service as if she was right next door. We knew we could trust her with our home and its sale. We were impressed with the photos from the professional photographer of our home and felt they really captured our home and the listing shined. I had the pleasure of being Sarah's colleague many years ago in a different field and knew she would be great to work with and our experience with her as our realtor affirmed that!
