Sarah Polovitz has been a licensed REALTOR®? with the State of Minnesota since January 2014. She partnered with her mother, Kathy Rauth, for eight years before Kathy entered into a well-deserved retirement.
Al Anderson joined the team as a full-time REALTOR®? in January 2021 and has been a wonderful asset to the group. Dianne Benton has been the Client Services Manager for several years and is an integral part of the team.

Sarah, Al, and Dianne are based out of the Compass Wayzata office, located at 401 Lake Street East, Wayzata, MN 55391.Sarah is married to her husband, Mark, and mother to two children, Johnny and Lauren. They enjoy spending time up north boating, fishing, hunting, sailing, skiing, and socializing with family and friends. Sarah Polovitz is the Team Lead and represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges in the Twin Cities and Brainerd Lakes Area.
