Sarah Powers Parker

Originally from Kingsport, I currently reside in Johnson City, Tennessee. After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Economics, a concentration in Urban Planning and Business Management, I traveled the western United States, working as a Flight Attendant. It was in my travels that I learned how fortunate I was to have been raised in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee and I wanted to be back home with friends and family. In 2009, I became a mother to my son Rowan then in 2011 my daughter Dylan. Philanthropy in our community has been so important to me, during my time as a mother. I was the Chair for the Family Advisory Council at Niswonger Children’s Hospital for 8 years, the HUB Coordinator for the State of Tennessee for Avery’s Angels Gastroschisis Foundation, Member of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, GI Family Board, as well as many other local outreach programs in our community. I also own my own business for remodeling and selling residential and commercial properties, Crown Pointe Development. It is in Real Estate that I can combine all my experiences into one profession to do something I am absolutely passionate. My determination, my entrepreneurial spirit, and most importantly, my connection with our clients to better their lives is what I was meant to do. I am proud to be serving on the NETAR Board of Directors 2023-2025 I was voted Best of Zillow Premier Agent, Graduate of the 2022 NETAR Leadership Class, and I am a major RPAC Investor supporting homeowners rights. I am a certified ABR Agent (Accredited Buyer's Representative), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) Certified.
