Sarah did a great job at selling our home. We sold at the price we wanted, and it sold fast. Sarah was helpful every step of the way, even when complications came back with the inspection. She went above and beyond, researching solutions to a problem that wasn't hers to deal with. She was a great help and would recommend her to anyone.

Sarah Rakers is the best!! We had two homes to sell after my father passed away and she made it easy for us. I would highly recommend her as your realtor. She is very resourceful, easy to talk to when I needed her opinion and I would choose her again if I was buying or selling in that area. Sarah Rakers was our realtor for a house that we bought in Carbondale Illinois. The transaction should have been especially hard because were living in another country, but it was not. Sarah was excellent! She kept us posted every step of the way, offered to do video tours for us and was available for showings at the last minute when we were able to make it to Carbondale. Not only did she do a great job helping us purchase the house, after we closed, while we were not able to get to Carbondale for 3 weeks, she stopped over and checked out the house for us. She let us know an alarm was going off and she got the solved as well. The sellers already had a contract on the house but at her suggestion she put us in as a backup contract and we ended up getting the house! I would definitely use Sarah again and would recommend her services to anyone!

This is our first time buying a home and Sarah truly went above and beyond to make this overwhelming process so much easier for us. She was always available to answer our endless list of questions and offer professional advice when needed. She is not only professional but very trusting, down to earth, and easy to get along with as well.
When scenarios arose that might have prolonged our closing process Sarah did all she could to guarantee we closed on our agreed date. We will contact her for future reality business (however it might not be soon because we love our new home 🙃) and recommend her to family and friends!!! Thanks Sarah!

Sarah helped my wife and I both buy and sell our home. Both processes are complicated to handle on our own and so we knew we would need her guidance. We always had an open line of communication with her and she was very responsive and so willing to answer all of our many questions. Our relationship was initially strictly professional and formal but as time passed we felt so comfortable with Sarah that we began viewing her as a friend and speaking with her more candidly about things/joking and laughing with her more. Despite this, she always remained very professional and knowledgeable in her field. We can only hope to find a realtor half as good as she while up here in Chicago! Thank you for everything you did to help us, Sarah!

Sarah was great throughout the entire process. It was our first time buying a house and we were in no huge rush at first. It took us 19 months and 25+ houses to find the prefect home in the rite school district. She was very helpful, patient and pleasant every step of the way. Sarah always made us feel important like family or long time friends. We are extremely happy with our decision to use her and will highly recommend!

My house was on the market with a different agent for a full year with little to no movement before I switched to Sarah Rakers with House 2 Home. She managed to show it more and ultimately sell it in less than half the time in the midst of an ongoing pandemic. I also had no doubt that she truly had my best interests and was working for those interests while she was selling my house. She maintained communication and was available whenever I had questions or concerns. Overall she made the process super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my friends or give her my business again.
