02/13/2013 - user94952905 Bought a home in 2013 in Fisk - Meharry, Nashville, TN 37208. We could not have been happier with another realtor. Sarah made us feel like her only clients, and kept our best interest in mind. She was always respectful and professional, but gave us peace, advice, and comfort in buying our first home. When we tried to contact her, she was always very easy to get in touch with. Buying any home can be time consuming, especially a first home. Sarah never once acted like she was tired of showing us houses, and we did see a lot! She was determined to help us find the perfect house. She was incredibly insightful in our offer making, and tremendous in negotiation. Though this is her job and she must benefit from each home purchase, she is different from most realtors because she keeps the clients' interest at heart and makes them number 1. We are so lucky to have found her! We highly recommend her, and have already to multiple friends!

Before we came out to Nashville, she communicated with us by phone to try to figure out exactly what we were looking for. When we flew in for a 4 day weekend to look at real estate, she had lined up several great properties for us to look at. After we chose a Brentwood property, the buying process went smoothly without any glitches. She also hired the right inspectors to make sure the house was sound before the deal closed. We've lived in the house for five months now, and we love the place. We will hire her again if we ever sell our house.

09/20/2013 - user19323612 Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 in Nashville, TN. Sarah was an incredible tool throughout my condo search. I was a first time homebuyer with a minimal amount of home buying knowledge, lucky for me, Sarah was a wealth of knowledge along the way. I searched for 6 months putting in multiple bids on a number of properties before reaching an agreement on the Condo in which I currently live. Among others, there are a handful of traits that stuck out to me during my search: Attentiveness - Sarah was ALWAYS there when I needed her, which to me speaks volumes about an individual. With the fast paced market in Nashville we had many nights where we were signing bid paperwork at 9,10 or even 11. She was always more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure my bid was in ASAP. When I wanted to view a condo, she worked around MY schedule to make sure that we could see it when I was available. This is also a huge plus for someone like myself with an unpredictable work schedule. Knowledgeable (industry/process) - Sarah knew the downtown area very well. She actually helped us find our condo based on another client of hers buying a condo in the same complex. -Sarah was great at explaining every step of the process. If you have never bought before, you couldn't even imagine everything involved. She connected me with her contacts (some of which i didn't use, but gave me unbiased opinions) who were very helpful. She even went as far as pointing me to a mortgage company that she thought would fit my needs (after my original broker was dragging his feet). Overall Sarah helped make the experience very painless and straightforward for me, and I would highly recommend her.
