Sarah Ruhland

Sarah Ruhland pulls double duty at the office as a Real Estate Geek and also as The Property Geeks’ Director of Operations. In addition to helping clients buy and sell what is most likely their biggest investment, Sarah is the super glue holding the many divisions of The Property Geeks together. When she is not showing homes or hosting open houses, she is managing calendars, budgets, and office accounts. In every interaction, her positive, bubbly attitude and amazing organizational skills keep everyone in smiles and on task.

She geeks out about food, the Food Network, and loves trying new recipes or tweaking ones she already has. Some of her favorite moments are when people gather around a table with great conversation and fun and really enjoy a meal she has made.

Sarah and her high-school-sweetheart husband, Todd, live in Lakeville with their three busy children, two rescue pups and feisty cat. When she is not holding down the fort at the office, she is volunteering at her kids’ activities and cheering them on, reading a good book, or planning the next place to travel to.
