About Sarah
It all started when Sarah Scott-Wilson was 18 years old and moving out on her own for the first time. Recognizing quickly that she didn’t want to write a check to someone else for their home. She wanted her home to be something that she could not only love as her own but recognize the financial and tax benefits as well. She purchased her first by age 20. She never knew much about the business side of things but found for well over a decade that she spent much of her downtime looking at real estate and dreaming of the next move, the next investment the next piece of the American dream to call mine. Having begun her professional career with a degree in business and managing a service-focused family business for 14 years the opportunity arose for me to follow her enthusiasm in the real estate arena. 7 years and more than 125 closings in we are just getting started.
Sarah can sit here and tell you she has strong negotiating skills, local market knowledge, and so forth – and of course, she has made sure that she does – but one thing she want to share with you, the thing that is the most important tool she can provide you in your home sale or purchase is her passion. She didn’t get into the industry just to make money. She got into the industry because she fell in love with it. She fell in love with homes, the character each one had, and the beautiful people she got to help transition from one to another. Sarah fell in love with hearing people’s stories, really getting to know their needs for their futures, and focusing on ensuring you find a home that actually meets those future goals. Real estate can be a stressful thing, moving out of a home you’ve known for years can be hard, and it can be harder if you don’t have someone to partner with who doesn’t take the time to understand that.
