Sarah was one of the best I've worked with in any profession. We had some communication issues with a previous realtor and so were reassigned to Sarah. This was the best thing that could have happened. Sarah was extremely responsive to every request for a showing (and there were lots), friendly, knowledgeable about housing construction and builders from different eras, and adept at getting us into the house we wanted. Once we had an accepted offer, Sarah continued to provide excellent service including recommendations for inspectors, warranty providers, vendors, etc. Now, even after we have closed, Sarah has continued to provide excellent service and recommendations.

Sarah Tyler is excellent. I'm moving to Colorado from out of state, and was initially assigned a different company and realtor to help with my relocation. They were awful and I asked to be connected with a new company and realtor, and was assigned to Sarah. She listened and took note of everything I was looking for in my new home. She immediately set me up with a portal that would filter out homes that met my specifications, and provide alerts the instant something new came on the market. Her communication skills are fantastic. She was quick to respond to any and all questions I had. She efficiently scheduled virtual viewings for me, and did a great job following up with the seller and HOA. She was even able to provide me with recommendations and contacts for local businesses that I could use to address issues found during my home inspection. I would greatly recommend working with Sarah.

After looking at homes in the Fort Collins area, Sarah showed us some developments that were currently under construction. We decided that would be our best option. Being from Pennsylvania and building a new house some 1,600 miles away can be challenging. Sarah did a phenomenal job of keeping us informed as to the progress of construction, and really served as our local advocate throughout the process. She provided helpful suggestions when asked really made the construction process as stress free as possible. Now that we have settled on the house, we love it and the location and we are very happy. I’m sure that the outstanding customer service Sarah provided throughout this entire process helped to ensure the success of the project. My wife and I are grateful to have had Sarah as part of our construction team.

Sarah is by far the best realtor ever! My husband and I are from out of state and were looking for a second property near our son in Fort Collins.
We literally found her on the internet and she has been a Godsend.
From the start of our house hunt to the day we moved in Sarah has been with us every step of the way! She truly has had our best interest at heart from the start. We made the decision to build based on her recommendation for what we were looking for and we absolutely love the location and house that we built. It was the best decision!
Sarah truly listened to our needs and wants and guided us accordingly. She was our guardian angel through the entire building process which was wonderful since we were over 1500 miles away.

As first time home buyers, we were in uncharted waters when we decided to start looking for a home. Sarah proved not only extremely capable, but made the home buying process easy and fun. She is extremely knowledgeable, and a very savvy agent. The market was extremely hot when we were buying, but she was able to guide us in the right direction, and found us a house on our 2nd bid, even when houses were literally flying off the shelf in hours. We didn’t have to go way over asking price as well, and this was mainly due to her deep understanding of what it takes to put in a competitive offer… it’s not always just a higher asking price! If you are looking for THE top notch real estate agent who not only knows all the ins and outs of the entire Northern Front Range (and probably beyond), but who is also warm, kind, and welcoming, look no further. If you want a realtor who will be a strong ally during the home buying process, I highly recommend Sarah. We walked away from our first introductory meeting with her with a lot of really valuable information about neighborhoods, new builds, and the local housing market. Sarah had a ton of knowledge and tips to share with us throughout the home buying process. We’d only been through one home purchase before, so finding someone so helpful and proactive was a huge bonus.

She took time to get to know each of us and our wants. She responded quickly to all of our messages and was able to move quick when a new house came on the market and arrange same day showings. She never made us feel like we were bothering her. We saw 11 houses and made 3 offers- our successful offer was a 10am tour that we needed to put an offer in by 1pm due to other offers and we did it! It was important to us as first-time home buyers to partner with a realtor who is a great communicator with the patience to answer our many questions, and help us navigate tricky contract negotiations.
