We decided since we were expanding our family, we needed more space so we started the process of looking into purchasing a home not knowing what to expect .
We started the journey and Sarah was very helpful and always available for any questions or concerns.
She was very motivated and lined up showings at our convenience since we both had crazy schedules and expecting our third child . We kept looking for something that would fit us best and she fought for us every time . She had a wonderful team behind her that was amazing as well .
She treated us like family and helped us accomplish a goal we set for our little family !! We couldn’t have done this without her .

I meet Sarah Watson during an open house that she was doing. We talked a bit and of course I left my information and told her a little bit of what I was looking for and how soon I needed it. Her energy was right on point. I am a very picky person and have big demanda and Sarah understood every single one of them. Her energy, personality, dedication, caring for my needs was the most important aspect of working with her. She understood what my whole family needs were and was on top of finding us the perfect home.

We were so happy to have found Sarah Watson! She is by far the best realtor out there! As a first time homebuyer, the experience is extremely intimidating and overwhelming. However, Sarah made it feel so easy, despite having experienced some road blocks along the way. Sarah was also helpful in suggesting a real estate attorney, inspectors, and contractors, throughout our entire process. The quality of service that she provided was as if she was searching/purchasing for herself.

Sarah was responsive from start to finish, and continues to make herself available to answer any questions (even after the closing of our home)! We would recommend Sarah to anyone looking to sell or purchase in a heartbeat! She really is the best!
