First͏ Time Buyer - So Grateful!
This was our first home purchase and we have no family around to help with any part of the process, but that didn’t matter at all because we had Sarinah! Sarinah was amazing to work with! We sold our old home and bought a new home and she made the process seamless. We were able to get pre-approved extremely quickly through the lender she recommended, and we put in an offer the same day we looked at our new home which was huge especially in this competitive market. After putting in an offer on the new home Sarinah was quick to schedule showings and get our old home ready to be out on the market, and she got us top dollar for our old home after only being on the market for 2 days. When any issues came up Sarinah was on top of it and communicated with the necessary parties to get it resolved. She also helped negotiate some small repairs and fixes on our new home that saved us time and money. Would 10/10 recommend using Sarinah for your home buying or selling process

Couldn’t have done it without her!

Sarinah was absolutely amazing to work with. First, she took the time to really understand what we were looking for in our first house, our budget, and all our other needs and wants, and it really felt like what we wanted mattered to her. Then within just a few days she had house after house for us to look at, and she made herself available and worked around our schedule, which was sometimes tough on her given that I work two jobs and my wife is in school. Overall, I can’t recommend Sarina enough! We may move again in 10 or so years, and we really hope she’ll be our realtor again!

Cannot recommend Sarinah enough!! When we told her we were looking for a home she immediately was on the lookout for a deal that made sense for us and would fit our needs. Within a week of looking she found a new build community for us that we loved so we went forward with putting down a deposit and starting the process to build our first home. As our home was being built we ran into a few issues with the builder, and not only was Sarinah responsive but she always went to bat for us to make sure we got everything that the builder promised and that there were no shortcuts being taken. She is extremely knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to have tough conversations with the builder and other parties to make sure we got the most out of our hone buying experience. Overall the process of buying a home with Sarinah was smooth and seamless and we got a great deal on our first home. I’ve referred a few of my friends to Sarinah and would definitely recommend using her as your realtor if you’re a first time home buyer or just in the market for a home.

She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range!

Sarinah Brooks has been, for myself the best agent I have worked with .
Always on top of the little things that all to soon can derail the process we have to go through to purchase a home. She understands when we said we had a budget to remain in the monetary stipulations we placed on her. The people she works with have given us excellent advise to make our money stretch further. What to focus on for getting the biggest bang for our buck.
When there has been a promise from a seller that has not been taken care of. Sarinah is the first to take care of the issue.

Where to even begin with Sarinah...

This was my first time buying a house, and the experience could not have been more phenomenal

When looking for realtors, I heard over and over that "there's nothing available in AZ" "prices are ridiculous" "you're gonna have such a hard time even finding a deal, let alone getting an offer accepted in this environment"

But the first thing I heard from Sarinah after being referred by another one of her satisfied clients was "Oh that's just not true - I can find you a unicorn, no problem"

And she was right!

Every step of the way, her communication was impeccable.

She truly LISTENED to what I wanted, and found exactly that.

And when I say she makes you feel like her only client, I mean it wholeheartedly.

Through every step from the initial search, to touring properties, to making offers, and closing (with an incredible deal) she is absolutely top notch.

I was blown away at every possible opportunity by her seemingly endless knowledge of all things AZ real estate, her patience & consistently up-beat positive attitude, her speed and accuracy of execution, the relationships she's cultivated with vendors that met every single one of my needs with turning my new house into a home, and even the little things like random gifts along the way.

I feel sorry for anybody who tries to buy a house in Arizona without Sarinah in their corner.
