Sassy Jacobs is an amazing realtor who went above and beyond to help us buy our first house! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood. She is incredibly responsive and very flexible to the clients needs (as a first time home buyer I was anxious and she was more than happy to meet me two days in a row at 7:00am to look at the house again). Also as I am not from the area, Sassy is from DC and has extensive knowledge of the areas and an extensive network, which comes in handy during this process! Sassy is an incredibly hard worker, was no frills about what our needs/budget were, but she is also kind, incredibly funny and easy to get along with! I can honestly say we owe getting our perfect first home to her.

She is so committed to client service and making sure that her clients feel prioritized, informed, and just generally comfortable throughout what is a stressful and emotional process. She has an unparalleled network that she can tap into, which is how she brought us our eventual house. She is a great advocate, and both she and the Roth team did everything that they could to help us get across the finish line. Sassy knows how to maneuver the ins and outs of a real estate sale to get you the highest price, quickly. While she made sure that our house looked great for the sale, she is particularly good at navigating all of the post agreement negotiations, which are very important. She is also just very pleasant to work with and has common sense and good judgement. I highly recommend her!!

Sassy was extremely responsive, very familiar with the greater Bethesda/ Chevy Chase area, helpful with providing recommendations for various vendors and most importantly got our house under contract in two weeks when other homes in our community were on the market for 3 months!!
