Savina and the Angileri Group are truly professional, concerned about our real estate requirements and diligently bring potential homes for us to review and visit. The recent home purchase we made thanks to Savina is worth mentioning. We had given her our preference of a home. She happened to drive by a home which was not even on the market but the potential sellers just happened to be packing. Savina approached them and called us. We saw the home and it was a perfect match.

Savina and Frank went above and beyond what you would typically expect from Realtors. Dealing with extreme time constraints, lack of inventory and multiple opinions from supportive family members, Savina and Frank navigated it all to find us the perfect home. Extremely empathetic, patient, knowledgeable, and diligent, Savina and Frank were involved in every aspect of the home buying process from picking out areas, to sending homes to review, highlighting pointing positive and negatives about a house or area we might not have considered during home inspections, and helping us navigate a difficult closing. Whether it was needed advice, tips on negotiating or a friendly ear to “vent to,” Savina and Frank always were there to provide the support we needed. I truly do not believe we would have found the right home without Savina’s and Frank’s help. Frank and Savina of the Angileri group couldn't have been better realtors to help us sell our grandmother's house. They were very professional, prompt and flexible working with our schedule.

It was a difficult time for us as a family, and given that this was an estate sale, they were understanding and guided us expertly through the entire process of the sale of the home. They gave us excellent advice and were very knowledgeable about the local market.

Savina Angileri, ABR, CNS of the Angileri Group is a fantastic realtor. She assisted us in the sale of a house, the purchase of a condo, and the sale of that condo. In each instance, her perception of the market and advice on staging and updates led to full-price or above-the-list-price sales. On the flip side, Savina does her due diligence and is market-savoy. This trait helped us prepare a fair buy-offer but one that was under the asking price for the condo we purchased.

When we moved from a house to a condo, Savina LISTENED, understood what we needed to make the transition, and found listings that matched those requirements. We loved the 3-bedroom, top-floor corner unit she found for us in an elevator building.

Our most recent sale of an Illinois property was challenging since it involved a short turnaround time frame as well as our relocation to Michigan. We knew the realtor who could make this possible with minimum stress was Savina. And she did an exceptional job of handling the details. We received a full-price offer before the photos were even taken.

Our only regret is that she does not handle out-of-state sales. However, if we ever return to Illinois, we will contact Savina to help locate a future home.

We just finished a sell/buy with Coldwell Banker's Savina & Frank Angileri Group. They were terrific. We met Savina several years ago at an open house, as we were just starting our "scale down" plans. Although she knew we were very early in our process she patiently nurtured us thru. She certainly put a lot of time into us and always made us feel we were her highest priority. Savina is professional, direct and great negotiator, and very pleasant to work with. I worked with frank on a recent purchase in Westmont. I was very happy how he handled everything and worked around my busy schedule. Looking at good amount of homes gets stressful before you find the one you like.Frank always kept his cool and went the extra mile to find the background on the home. Frank would help inspect the home and if he noticed something he would bring it to my attention. I felt like Frank was really looking out for me and not just trying to sell me a home. Savina and Frank worked diligently to get our Downers Grove home sold in a short time- and for a good selling price. Their experience in staging to appeal to today's buyers was very helpful. Since we had already partly moved out, they treated our home as their own, turning on lights and checking for locked doors after the showings. Professional and courteous.
