Scarlett was incredibly helpful to us in our search for a place in Columbia. We are out of state and it was mid-pandemic and she was able to help us find and make an offer on a place from a distance (working with a local friend who also found her friendly, helpful, and very professional). Scarlett was willing to help in so many ways, for example finding a painter and getting him set up to paint before we even arrived so that we could get things taken care of quickly (among other things). Not knowing the area well (but with a daughter in school at U of SC) we really appreciated her knowledge of the area and her ability to steer us to the best option for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Scarlett helped my family find our home while we were still across the country. She found wonderful listings for us and then went and viewed them for us. The time and attention Scarlett took with the photos and videos was amazing and so appreciated. She was extremely responsive and I couldn’t be more grateful. She prepared me for the potential craziness of this current market but still made sure our offer was competitive. Thanks to her effort and sound advice we only made an offer on one home and it was accepted! From start to finish, Scarlett made this process so smooth. She was so friendly and sweet, I felt so supported. We love our home and don’t foresee moving anytime soon, but if we do she is our first call.

From our “marathon” of home tours (15 in one day), to research that helped us avoid wasting our time, she helped us narrow our search to the perfect home. Ms Herbkersman ( aka Scarlett) worked tirelessly for us to get our house sold. She helped us to get our house touched up and ready to sell. When we did get it ready, she sold it the first day put on market.
