As first-time home buyers, Scarlett helped my wife and I through every step of the process of finding, offering, closing on our home in Celebration. She was always available for our questions and made time for appointments and showings. On top of everything, she was polite and took the time to learn our situation in order to help us make good decisions. Even before we were ready to search for a home, she helped guide us in what questions we should be asking and where we should be looking. Her promptness, availability, and discernment for our individual situation lead to finding and offering on our dream home within the one-day window that it was for sale. She fought on our behalf to 'sell' our offer to the selling agent and to the short-sale bank, and maintained contact with all parties to provide updates throughout the four month short sale process. Her experience and attention to detail coupled with her courtesy and professionalism resulted in a low-stress, enjoyable, no regrets home purchase. We look forwards to working with Scarlett again, and gladly recommend her to our friends.
