Schuyler was wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He cares about his clients. He was more than helpful in finding us an apartment after we sold the house. He was honest, and upfront, and was able to find us a great apartment that fit our price range! He was communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Schuyler made the nightmare that is finding an Apartment a breeze!

As a young, single, first time home buyer looking for a place to live during a pandemic, I had no idea where or how to even start. Asking Schuyler to be my realtor was the best decision that I could have made. Not only did Schuyler hold my hand through every step of the process, he broke down everything in a way that would make sense for me. With his guidance I was confident in every decision that I had to make, and knew that he would have the answer to any question I’d ask. I found out quickly that home-buying during the pandemic was a very fast market, Schuyler was super responsive and efficient in answering my calls and booking showings. He provided different resources on how to look for homes, as well as made recommendations based on my interests. When I finally made an offer and had it accepted, Schuyler once again held my hand through the whole thing, providing a useful checklist for me to reference every step of the way. With Schuyler’s help, I’m officially a homeowner and couldn’t be happier with my property and location. I’m so grateful for all that he did to make this dream a reality. I would highly recommend him as a realtor to anyone, and already have recommended him to a couple close friends! Thank you Schuyler!

We worked with Schulyer in the summer of 2020. Schuyler was absolutely amazing! He was open and flexible with us. Selling and buying a home during a pandemic is stressful, but Schuyler really helped keep us grounded. Our condo was under contract 3 days after it listed and Schuyler was very patient and communicative while we looked at different houses until we found our new home. Schuyler is knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. We appreciate all he did for us and would highly recommend Schuyler to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home.

Absolutely great experience with Schuyler! This was my first time purchasing a home and it could not have been better. He was very professional, extremely responsive and hugely accommodating. There were a couple issues with other parties that he handled smoothly and professionally. In addition, he even helped after the process was complete. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was happening through every step of the process. I would use him again and again for any of my future real estate needs. Highly recommended!

I worked with Schuyler Goines on the purchase of my current home, and he is absolutely the best. Throughout the process we kept dealing with unexpected obstacles, and through it all he and his team remained professional, available, reliable, resourceful and most of all he was able to guide and ease my fears. Schuyler is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made it easy to understand from what to look for when seeing a house, how to best utilize spaces, to making an offer and dealing with the lender. He cared about us and understood our needs, and helped my children and I get a home that we just love. I definitely made a new friend in Schuyler and I highly recommend him for any real estate transactions.
