Scot Rife is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio, Florida, and Kentucky with over a decade of experience in residential sales and more than 20 years in mortgage banking. Having sold hundreds of homes and actively investing since 2012, Scot brings a deep understanding of both the financial and practical sides of real estate. Working alongside Scot is his business partner, Jonathan Willis. Jonathan is a retired Fire Lieutenant and U.S. Navy Veteran who built his career on discipline, leadership, and service to others. He is also an active real estate investor with hands-on experience in acquisitions, renovations, and project management. His calm, detail-oriented approach and ability to operate under pressure make him a steady advocate for clients throughout every stage of a transaction.
