Thanks to Scott everything went smoothly from finding our new home to closing. He was easy to work with, always responsive, always professional and there whenever we had questions. Scott patiently walked us through the whole procedure explaining everything as we went. We always felt like he actually cared and was working hard for us to find the home we wanted. Best ever! I had very restrictive things I wanted. Price, Amount of land, Size of Home, Type of home and the hardest part had to be 60 mile radius of My wifes Job in Orlando. Looks like we will be closing in a couple of weeks. So that "Old" Dog can not only learn new tricks he can also do magic as well. Best thing about Scott Bachelor is not that he is a miracle worker as a realtor(which he is) but he's an awesome guy.
