Scott Bouchard

Bouchard, who licensed in real estate sales nearly thirty years ago, uses his proficiency in serving the real estate needs of his clients with expertise in achieving successful real estate transactions. His extensive background in renovations, design, permitting acquisition and construction means that his customers have an experienced sales agent who understands value and will lead them through every step in the process of buying or selling a property.
As a lifelong resident of Satellite Beach, Scott has a passion for all things water and beach related. His firsthand knowledge of waterfront and beachfront properties from Merritt Island to Vero Beach enables him to help his customers find that perfect dream home along the Florida Space Coast.
After traveling for many years as a professional surfer, Bouchard chose to come back home to Brevard County, a location he deems the perfect place to raise a family. Bouchard spends his free time enjoying the many water sports that Brevard County has to offer, including surfing, wakeboarding and offshore fishing.
