Scott was born and raised in Upper Bucks County and currently resides in Upper Black Eddy with his wife and two children. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged early—he started a bicycle shop in high school and, after graduating from Palisades, expanded it into two successful stores.

Scott’s dedication to community service is evident in his extensive public involvement. He was elected Township Supervisor at age 21, serving for nine years, and spent 11 years on the Planning Commission. He currently serves as a Palisades School Board Director, continuing his commitment to local leadership.

I found myself in the difficult situation of trying to prepare and sell a Trust property located in rural Pennsylvania from over 500 miles away. With little knowledge of the area I felt completely lost. Fortunately, Scott came to my rescue! He demonstrated expert knowledge of the local market, familiarity with local vendors for repairs and staging, and coordinated everything with an unbelievable level of responsiveness. I absolutely couldn't have done it without him. I only wish I lived closer so I could work with him again or recommend him to others.

We worked with Scott on the purchase of our new home in Upper Bucks, and couldn't be more satisfied. He has thorough knowledge of the area, the market, and the real estate business. He was extremely responsive and patient; he worked to schedule showings for us as quickly as possible, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. During showings we had his undivided attention-- he wasn't taking calls or checking the time, which we very much appreciated! Once we made an offer he was transparent about every step of the process, and was always available to discuss any issues or questions. He's continued to keep in touch after closing and has gone above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable in our new home. We would absolutely recommend Scott to anyone looking for a home in Bucks!
