This was the second time I engaged Sara Futa for a real estate transaction. She helped me buy a house in Monument, Co., in 2017, then helped me sell it in 2021, as I moved to be closer to my family.

Sara always acted in my best interest, both in buying and in selling. She was tough but fair in negotiating transactions. She was always available and timely with suggestions and feedback. Her ethical principles were of the highest degree.

She was also helpful in arranging the services of various trades contractors as needed. She kept me aware of deadlines in proceedings. She always kept me informed and encouraged me to make the decisions, based on available information about procedures, regulations and the other persons involved.

I will not hesitate to use her services in the future.

Sarah is exceptional. We needed to sell two homes and buy a new build within a tight timeline. She managed the whole process for us and guided us at every turn. Having someone who has the market knowledge to navigate such an emotional, stressful and exciting time is what everyone needs. We had this with the Futa Home Team. Sarah is an excellent negotiator who evaluated the big picture and breaks it down so we could understand what was most important. Everyone wants the most for their house and wants a great deal when buying the next one. Sarah gave us perspective to make good decisions for our family. The entire process went smoothly. Her ability to keep us informed and get things on the calendar, kept us on track for every milestone and requirement. We did our part and Sarah did hers, extremely well. She worked with the buyers of one of the homes who didn’t have an agent, providing all the services of two agents while maintaining our best interests as she represented us in the transaction. She was available to us whenever we needed her and was prompt to reply when we reached out. Sarah has worked with several of our friends, buying and selling for them and we all appreciated her professionalism and honesty. I’m not moving anytime soon but I would recommend Sarah and the Futa Home Team to anyone who is looking for an agent. When we move again, I’m going to call Sarah.

We met “online,” but it was during our in-person tour of local cities that our relationship with Sarah Futa was cemented! She really listened to our needs, made sure we saw different options in many locations, and shared interesting and helpful community and Colorado facts along the way. She led us to the successful purchase of a wonderful home in a development that we would not have considered before we met! She was with us for the final walk through, pointing out details to finish and questions the builder should clarify, and we trusted her to represent us at the closing. When we had not yet moved in, she offered to locate landscape, fencing, & other contractors and met them at the house so they could prepare bids. We twice had to replace an appliance and she also offered to meet those installers! There are numerous other courtesies that she volunteered, which made our transition so much easier! Her professionalism, follow through, and service after the sale - all conducted with a great sense of humor - have far exceeded our expectations. We have moved many times, but have never been helped by such a well-qualified and informed realtor.
