Scott was excellent, he handled everything about selling our home in Casselberry while we were out of state.

He coordinated with contractors to get the house ready for showing, including steam cleaning, yard work, roofing, pressure cleaning, and general handyman work.

He always kept us informed about what was happening and what the next steps were, was very responsive to any questions we had, and just kept on top of everything.

He said he would get our home to sell for more than the asking price and he delivered! I highly recommend Scott if you are looking to sell your house, he is very good at his job and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Scott Garrison helped us buy our first home at 1485 Lake Dr, Casselberry 32707. He got us a fantastic deal in a home we really love! When the appraisal came in $5500 low, Scott got the seller to lower the price in this tough market, saving us $35 per month on our payments, forever! He also helped us get a significant amount of money to do repairs on the home, even though we had an "as is" contract agreement. Again, very unusual in this market for a seller to do that. Scott has great follow up, always does what he says he will do. Besides his excellent comunication, he never forgets or misses any detail. Scott recommended us to a great Mortgage Lender, whose staff was highly proficient and friendly in getting us the loan. He also recommended us a Home Inspector who did an excellent job. Mr. Scott Garrison of Re/Max Town & Country Realty is the best realtor in Central Florida, period! I have known Scott since May 2005. He is an excellent marketer. He kept in touch with me throughout the years. I have personally seen his success and level of professionalism.

Scott helped my wife and I purchase a townhouse in Southwest Orlando. I also used Scott to sell my prior property (a single-family house) last year. Scott is meticulous, thorough, competent, and an excellent negotiator. The process of both selling and buying residential properties can be frustrating and uncertain. Nevertheless, Scott handled both transactions very well. He has an uncanny ability to read the market and know the trends in real estate. He pays close attention to details and provides valuable advice when appropriate. Here is an example. When the house we purchased did not appraise for the purchase price, he helped negotiate a fantastic price reduction on our behalf that was better than what we expected. That resulted in more affordable mortgage payments for us. Scott recommended a very good home inspector and an excellent mortgage broker. What first impressed me about Scott was his extremely high energy level, his blatant honesty, and his knowledge about our area and the current market, although, during our sale process, it was his marketing expertise that blew us away. While other agents we had interviewed complimented us on our home, the cleanliness, the decor, etc., Scott seemingly turned a blind eye to my husband chagrin to the hard work and all of the extras that were included in our property. He examined the property with a critical eye, and told us specifically what would help sell it, and where we should invest a bit of cash in order to get the results we were after. I first met Scott when I bought a house 29 years ago. It was such a pleasant experience that I remembered him and knew I wanted to have him sell this house. In just 11 days of marketing we had 51 showings and 7 offers, 4 were over our listed price! I worked with both Scott and Wes Garrison to sell my mobile home in Casselberry I live out of state and had it rented and the tenants trashed it so bad the City of Casselberry was all over me. They sold it in 9 days for $6000 OVER the price that I wanted and made closing very easy. They both went out of their way to deal with my tenants FOR me, and to get them out when they did not want to move, and he helped me personally as well several times when things outside of the sale became hard for me. My family and I have worked with Realtors Scott & Wes Garrison about 7 or 8 times over the past 30 years, and have always been pleased. This time I needed his help to buy another RENTAL Property in East Orlando- he gave me a great list of properties to consider and good advice to NOT buy most of them. When we found one needing some repairs and got a great deal on it, then in the inspections we found more repairs and Scott negotiated on our behalf to get another LARGE Concession from the seller on my behalf, turning it into a FANTASTIC DEAL. If anything I wished I had followed his advice more, for when we did not ( I will not go into here ouch) it cost us a lot of time and money we could have easily avoided. If you need to buy an Investment property or Rental, ask his advice, and FOLLOW IT he knows what he is doing and has several rentals himself. He actually can look at a home from the street and tell me what the problems are going to be without even going inside…that is experience. He makes the whole process easy, can help you getting it rented afterwards and knows several contractors I could call to do the work who are trustworthy. I had him try to sell my Mobile Home in Apopka several years ago, then my son moved there instead. We found Scott by looking online for the Best Sanford Realtor, and he probably is. He Sold our Sanford Rental Home for Full Price, then the buyers asked for a ton of repairs, so he encouraged us to give the buyer their deposit back, then he sold it again in a few weeks and the same thing happened again, then he sold it for Full Price AGAIN to a buyer who bought the house as is with no repairs. From start to closing was about 90 days, including the 2 false starts, faster than we expected for sure and in the end we got WAY more profit because Scott just kept going and going and going. His marketing was really good, the pictures and videos made me want to live there, better than the home looked in real life for sure, and it works. If you have a FLIP or a Rental home in North Orlando that needs a special touch, he knows what to do and will do it. We would work with him again for sure.

I hired him recently to sell my house and assist me in buying a new house, He spent much time over many visits until we were ready to place the house on the market at the right price and in the best light. Although we had to overcome some issues, Scott kept working diligently until we obtained the results we desired. His marketing was outstanding! It included many pictures, a video, and exposure in various media outlets. The marketing resulted in numerous showings and a relatively quick quick offer. Scott recommended a good mortgage brokerage firm who worked well with us. Unfortunately, the purchase of the new house did not material because my wife lost her job during the underwriting process for mortgage financing. Scott was able to secure the reimbursement of our escrow deposit, which we thought would be nonrefundable. I have the highest regard for Scott Garrison and his abilities. He was so patient and helpful, especially since we had to bring our toddler along and we were full of questions being first time home-buyers. I would have never expected to purchase our first home during a pandemic, but Scott made my family and I feel at ease (and I have high standards as a nurse myself) and he truly made the experience enjoyable! I found Scott and Wes Garrison through a google search "Best Realtor Orlando", and they did not disappoint. He sat with us and listened to exactly what we wanted, what we were looking for, and the distance from work we needed our home to be. He tailored the whole experience to what we were requesting in a home. He drove us around Orlando to see homes and never tried to sway us in one direction or another, but honestly wanted to know how we felt about the home. He had all of the connections we needed for inspections, septic, water, and electricity. Wes also being a contractor has the knowledge and experience to know what to look for in a home, and that part brought a lot of relief for us. It was like he was buying the home for his own family. We hired Scott to help us sell our home in Maitland. We found him through the great online reviews, which turned out to be very accurate. Scott is awesome! He guided us through the selling process flawlessly, helped to avoid expensive repairs on the home and got us in touch with a contractor for some minor issues, which saved us TONS of money!

Scott created a broad online presence that resulted in multiple showings of our house. Scott sold our house for FULL price in less than two weeks AND HE DID IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC! Amazing.

Once we had a contract, the inspections and appraisals were all handled by Scott, we hardly had to do anything. The entire process post contract was very easy because Scott communicated well and there did not seem to be a detail that escaped him.

As an out of state rental owner, I decided to put my house on the market. I searched online for a realtor and spent hours reading reviews. I decided to call Scott Garrison. Within a few minutes after meeting Scott, I realized Scott was the perfect person to sell my house. I never felt pressured to sign but I decided to sign the contract that evening. The next day I was on my way back home, I was thinking, Scott has his work cut out for him because not only my house had some challenges, but it was during the winter and the holidays was upon us. Within a short time Scott took pictures and did an excellent job marketing my house. Then Covid-19 came along and I thought my house will be on the market for a very long time. I was very surprised when Scott called me to say he has an offer on my house. My house was under contract in less than 85days at an unbelievable price. I am an out of the US Investor and found Scott ONLINE to SELL my CONDO-TEL near Disney World. Scott sold my unit in under 45 days… with a strong cash buyer for the HIGHEST PRICE anyone has received in the past 6 months ( the next best one as $144,000)… That there were 16 units on the market in there with only 4 solds in the past 6 months and still sold my unit FAST to TOP DOLLAR!

The buyer also requested a large $$$ in repairs after inspections that you may have paid for, Scott got them, in the end, to waive all requests and buy it AS IS…that I watched every penny on your transaction to save you as much money as possible!

We found Scott online as we were looking for condos and he was in our corner every step of the way advising us on the right property. We offered on three places and his understanding of the market helped us limit how high we were willing to go and wait to find the right places. Being patient helped get us the best deals. We depended on his advice to pursue or not different options. After helping us negotiate a fair contract he was very helpful in negotiating some credits after the inspection revealed some problems with the units. He took care of us when curve balls were thrown at us during the closing process too. His advice on how to take care of the practical, post closing, details were necessary because we are new to the area and ignorant of the steps to turn on utilities and initiate postal service. He not only helped us get one property but worked very hard to get us a condo right next door so together they functioned like a duplex. Because we plan to live in one and rent out the other, his expertise with the rental market was invaluable as he coached us here as well. A Realtor family Member found Scott by his marketing online as area Specialists, and after I met with him I hired him to sell my home in Southwest Orlando. I live about 3 hours south of Orlando so having Scott as my realtor really made everything run very smoothly and I didn't even have to drive up for the closing.

I reached out to Scott online after reading all of his great reviews. I had been having a hard time finding a relator willing to work with me in specifically finding a piece of vacant land in the Clermont area, but Scott was amazing in the whole process. He provided a private link with properties specified to my personal criteria (price, location etc.) and it was constantly updated with new properties. Once we found what I was looking for he helped me make my offer and we succeeded in an accepted offer WAY BELOW the asking price, almost 32,000 less!! After the offer there were a few minor bumps in the road on the sellers part, but Scott was great the whole way communicating with me and the seller and always letting me know the best options available to me. Even though I wasn't making a large purchase I was given the same excellent service as if I was trying to make an expensive purchase, which I really appreciated since all other realtors were giving me the brush off. The communication was one of the biggest pros, I would receive emails and text messages keeping me updated and he also responded quickly to any questions or inquires I had and never left me hanging. It was great working with someone who was so personable, I was treated like an individual and not like a burden or "just another sale". 2017 Sale of one home AND 2018 Sale of second home
I first listed my home for sale with another Realtor in May 2017. "Unbeknownst" to me, the lock to get into my home for Realtors to show the home was a combination lock, which meant the Realtors wanting to show the home, had to call the listing realtor to get the combo lock to get into the home. Well the phone could ring off the hook because maybe the Realtor was doing who knows what, so of course the home could not be shown. Like I said "unbeknownst" to me, I still felt an uneasiness for about 6 weeks that my home was somehow not being shown. The listing Realtor was very happy with the "Staging of my home". He stated it should sell fast. [i did not reside in the home, so it was always very pristine]. When I phoned about 6 weeks after signing Contract and told him I was disappointed that no one was interested in the home, he proceeded to tell me I should take my furniture out of the home & paint the interior walls a neutral color. He tried to throw the problem into my lap!! The next day, I was browsing Realtors in "Sold Homes" in my zip code area and came across Scott Garrison who had sold 9 homes in my area in a few months time frame and 89 homes in the previous year in all areas.. I phoned Scott, he came to my home & informed me that I did not have a "multiple lock system", where any Realtor could just go to homes & get in. So I was flabbergasted & disappointed. I knew something was wrong & it was the Lock situation & lack of no one showing my home.. I 'basically fired' my listing Realtor in a proper manor with Scott's assistance. Scott stated that my "Staging of the home" was perfect & he would not change a thing. He explained the "fabulous" Multi lock box system that he used [& all realtors should use!}. Scott took a 6 minute video of my home inside & out & it was put on YouTube which he does with All of his Listings. It was Fabulous!. My home sold in twelve days with several offers. Scott is so "knowledgeable" about every aspect of Real Estate!! He stays in contact with you "constantly" about your home. He is there to answer any questions. I have seen Scott Garrison in action over the past many months and wanted to take a second to HIGHLY Recommend him whether you need to buy or sell a home here in Central Florida. I know him to be disciplined, helpful and one of the most organized people I have ever known. {REALLY} He remembers my Birthday every year, and never seems to miss a step or action that needs to be done. He always does what he promises…Whatever needs doing, I know he’ll just figure out a way to get it done. When I need to bounce a marketing idea off of someone I call Scott.

I’ve seen Realtor Scott Garrison in action as a Realtor over many years and he’s stood the test of time. He is awesome at what he does and how he helps people buy and sell Real Estate- I highly recommend him. I referred him to my family members and he’s helped them both buy and then sell properties since at least 2005. Even when my friends end up not buying or selling, they tell me he still helped them with info; he’s honest, he’s the most organized person I’ve ever met and always gets back to you when he says. I met Scott about twenty years ago when we contracted him to sell our home. We followed his recommendations to change couple thing to make the house more attractive and we sold the house in less than 12 days! Years later, we decided to buy an investment property. Scott prepared us to be ready so when the right opportunity arrives, we could jump on it. A year later, we were owners of five rentals; which we have for over fourteen years. Just recently, we decided to sell one of our properties. Scott did it again! In seven days, we had fifty showings, and sold the property for $5000 over the asking price, and closed in less than 30 days from the time it was listed!!! We have worked with Scott buying and selling for many years, always getting fantastic results, and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home or an investment property!

I have been working with Scott as a Realtor for many years. I am real Estate Investor here in Central Florida and own over 15 rental properties and know a lot of other Realtors to compare him to. It is good to be in partnership with Scott and he’s been in business since before my college-aged kids were born and knows a lot about both simple deals and complicated ones. I can ask him for opinions about detailed, involved issues in Real Estate matters that I know most other agents could even understand much less answer. He owns rentals and has done Investments here in the area too. He negotiated a $28,600 Price Adjustment due to a low Appraisal on a $223,600 purchase price, and got the seller to accept it, saving us big money per month and giving us tens of thousands of dollars instant Equity.He helped us win a bid in a competitive fast paced market and kept showing us as many properties as it took over and over; he was honest and when we didn’t like something about a house we looked at. Scott is the Best!!

My husband and I were looking for a house in the Winter Park, specifically around Winter Park High School. While searching on Zillow we came across Scott. We sent him an email and he called us the next day. We explained to him that the area we are looking for, was a small perimeter. He made a MLS listing for us and every morning we would get a list. We would review and when we saw one that peeked our interest we called Scott and go look at the house. During the process we came on a few that we were what I thought were good, but Scott was very real and told us on certain ones that he did not think were good for us or would be problems. Sometimes the process made me tired but he continued to encourage us until we found one that we really liked. We thought for sure that one would have been it but, by the time we looked at it and told Scott to make an offer it was sold the next day. We were disappointed but two weeks later we found the PERFECT House!!
We offered over full price for the house to guarantee we would get the house. He helped with this part and I happy that he did because we won the bid by only over a few dollars.
Scott also recommend a great Lender that we were very satisfied with as well. The lending team was very helpful and they provided such a personable service. They treated us well. We were happy that we chose them over a cooperate bank , much better service and quicker too.
Scott treated us like family, he was always available, he keep us updated every step of the way. We are more than happy and satisfied with Scott and would definitely use him again and would recommend him with high regards!!

He did it again.. This is the second home Scott has sold for me! I have known and worked with Scott for over 20 years, and I knew I could count on him to manage the details of the sale of this house while living out of state. When I called Scott, it was to take over stalled process. He immediately went to work to ‘re-market’ the property. His plan was to drive as much traffic to the house by posting multiple photos, and videos across several sites. I was actually surprised at the amount of interest and the numbers of showings generated. During the sales process Scott suggested adjustments based on viewer feedback, and continued to work past a difficult offer that fell thru, by keeping up the numbers of showings. Being out of state, he made it easy by referring several good contractors to help with minor repairs keeping the property ready for showings. Knowing Scott as long as I have, I am still amazed at his ability to manage the number of projects he takes on with the same level of high energy. All you need to do is talk with him, and you can tell, he really does work. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell a home in Central Florida.

I have known Scott Garrison for a few years now. As a Building Inspector, Scott recommends me to most of his buyers to do the Inspections when they go under contract. I’ve met and talked to a lot of his buyers and they all seem really happy with him and his service, and the process of buying a home. Scott is very organized and pays attention to details, and that makes our part where we help his buyers go very easy. He works with a lot of buyer-Investors he has met online who are out of State, who he has never met person to person, and they are buying homes for rental investment with him- he attends the inspection on their behalf and takes a long video of our walk-thru of what I found and posts the video online for his buyers, and they seem to love it. I have seen personally the good rapport he has with his clients and the good questions he asks on their behalf at our inspections. Obviously I know a LOT of Realtors in my business and get a chance to see them all in action. Scott Garrison is among the best!

We met Scott Garrison 10 years ago- he personally owned (an investor)as a place to sell the Mobile home my Husband and I bought from him and we fix it up and lived there many years. Then later after my Husband passed away he helped me sell my duplex downtown- he sold it for over full price in a weekend and I did not have to evict my tenants who were behind on the rent even. He picked me up and drove me to closing as I don’t drive. Now I hire him to sell my home he sold us a long time ago. He sold it very quick for what I was asking too. I move back to Philippines now. I have known Scott for over 10 years and have had many real estate dealings with him. He has helped me sell our lot next door, our house when we decided to downsize, and again recently when we relocated from Orlando to Jacksonville. He listed our place on a Tuesday, and we had a signed contract the following Monday – and for over the asking price!!! Scott is the most knowledgeable, and most organized real estate professional I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, I had to deal with another agent in Jacksonville (only because Scott doesn’t work here) who is a good agent, just hard to compare to Scott. I have recommended Scott to friends, family, and co-workers, and would not hesitate for one minute to recommend him to anyone who wants the best realtor they could ask for!!

He’s probably the most organized person I’ve ever known, and does what he says when he promises. You can count on him. Among other things, Scott is one of the most, if not the most, organized person I know. I can tell you with 100% confidence: Scott always does what he says and when he says he will do it.

I worked for Scott Garrison as a Real Estate Partner as one of my first jobs out of college; He helped me buy my FIRST HOME a few years ago, and has helped quite a few people I know successfully both buy and sell homes many times. Since I’ve moved to the Title Industry- I work with other Realtors for living and still compare them all to Scott Garrison. We still, after many years, do business together in Real Estate and see him sell homes on the Listing side, complete Short sales for clients, and help lots of people buy too.
There’s every reason anyone should want to work with him in Real Estate. He’s hi-tech, high energy, available, knowledgable and has been in the business for decades at least. He really knows what he’s doing, and I know he Always tells clients the truth and what they NEED to hear not just want they want to. He has experience, but isn’t so big you get delegated to some Assistant with your concerns- you always get him. No reservations about recommending him to anyone for Real Estate!
