I chose Scott Grippi (after interviewing 4 agents) and I am so glad I did. I was moving out of the Midwest and only needed a selling agent. He thoroughly explained the selling process and patiently waited until I made the decision of which agent I would use. Selling a home during the earlier days of the pandemic made the process a little more challenging in my opinion. Then, the actual closing date came during a major snowstorm. Scott calmly walked me through the necessary steps to accomplish the listing, inspection, and selling as scheduled. I would definitely give Scott my highest rating for his attentive but not obtrusive, and thorough but not intrusive manner as a real estate agent.
