Scott Hackney

Scott is a Sacramento native who began his Real Estate career by playing guitar for his father's Open Houses as a teenager. Growing up in East Sacramento, Scott worked customer service jobs from the time he was 15 years old bagging groceries at nearby Compton's Market. He graduated from San Francisco State in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has been a full-time REALTOR ever since. Scott is a Broker-Associate of Hackney & Company and earned his SRES designation in 2021. His ability to meet and exceed clients' expectations in the face of complex Real Estate situations & an ever-changing market is the reason he is in the business.

When not serving his client's needs, Scott busy is taking care of his family in East Sacramento & perfecting his craft brewing skills in his garage. Ask him for a sample of Saison... you might be surprised!
