Scott Hardin

I have been a REALTOR (R) for over 20 years now and enjoy helping people either buy or sell a home. The award that I am most proud of is the 2012 REALTOR (R) of the Year for the Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS (R). It is given to the REALTOR (R) that the membership feels treats clients well, helps the other REALTORS (R) in the Association, and participates in activities to help their local community not just who sells the most homes in a year. It is voted on by the Association members and I am very happy to have been given this award by my fellow REALTORS (R). I have also served on many different committees with the local Association and North Carolina Association of REALTORS (R). I have been on the Forms Committee at the state level, been a member of the local Board of Directors, local MLS Committe, local PR Committee and local Education Committee. During my Real Estate career I have worked as a Broker/Sales Agent, Recruiter/Trainer and even Broker in Charge. Currently I am working as a Broker (selling and listing homes) because I feel that is the area where I can be my best. In addition, I am a licensed Continuing Education Instructor with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission since 2009.
