I have been involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate for over 10 years now. My experience does not just include the buying and selling of existing homes; I have gained hands on experience in all aspects of land purchase, land development, new home construction, and real estate investment that has provide me with knowledge and insights that are invaluable to my clients.

Having run my own real estate company I am keenly aware of the importance of customer service. I believe in always being available to my clients and strive not just to meet my clients expectations but to exceed them. In all real estate transactions I believe that providing valuable information is the key to the decision making process. I work hard to insure that all of my clients have the information they need to make the right decision.

I have always run my business under the philosophy that relationship I build with my clients is more important than the transaction itself. It is my goal that I provide each of my clients a level of service that will make them clients for life and make them eager to recommend my services to family and friends.

It is important for me to take the time to fully understand my clients needs & desires whether they are selling or buying a home. I want my buyer clients to feel that they have not only bought “a house” but “the right house”. I want my listing clients to understand that I have taken the time to price and market their house effectively to achieve the maximum sales price in the shortest amount of time.

The process of buying, selling, or building a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people will make in their lifetime.
