Scott MacIntosh

Scott MacIntosh is branch leader and broker in charge for the Allen Tate Blowing Rock and Boone offices, where he oversees a team of more than 30 experienced real estate agents.

A native of Enfield, Connecticut, Scott earned a degree in physical therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. He enjoyed a successful career designing spa/fitness centers for the hospitality industry, with projects in Miami, Nassau and St. Lucia. He later worked in operations management for Carnival Cruise Lines, overseeing 14 ships and four resorts in the Caribbean and Alaska.

Scott began his real estate career buying, renovating and selling properties while working in Miami. He began working with Blowing Rock Investment Properties in 2005 and established the firm as a market leader throughout Blowing Rock, Boone and the surrounding region. In 2019, Blowing Rock Investment Properties was acquired by Allen Tate Realtors, marking the company’s entry into the High Country region.
