Scott Patterson

Scott Patterson is the Property Management VP for Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners in Augusta Georgia. Joining them in 2009 as an Associate Broker and the Community Operations Manager assigned to work directly with a regional builder entering the Augusta market for the 1st time. He was instrumental with assisting them in quickly becoming a top producing builder in the Augusta and Aiken Markets.

Scott has over 30 years of experience in the local building and remodeling industry. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he was a Custom Builder & Remodeler. Scott was recognized as the 2007 President of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, Inc. He is also a 2-time Remodelers Council Chairman, 2010 Chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council, and was awarded in 2004 as the Remodeler of the Year by the Builders Association of Metro Augusta.
