Scott, I just wanted to take a minute and Thank You for a Job Well Done. You were super awesome at listing and getting my house sold and so helpful in the purchasing my new Condo. Without you and Curtis Riddle at Chase Bank I am not to sure I would have made it through the process but let me tell you that on a scale of 1 to 10 You both have achieved a 15. Scott was amazing!! He made this experience wonderful. He went above and beyond anything we expected. He is highly motivated and a pleasure to work with. He was always available when we needed him. Our house sold in just a few days which I contribute to his motivation. We had put our house on the market before and nothing happened. He was always ahead of the game and always kept us informed. He made us feel comfortable in selling our house and buying our new house. He sincerely cared about us and our future. We honestly don't know what we would have done without him! Scott was a complete pleasure to work with and helped us find our new home quickly. We ran into a few bumps along the road, but he was always encouraging and reminding us that the right home was out there. The only reason I gave Scott a 3 star rating for Process Expertise is because he was new at it during the time we were purchasing our home. I have no doubt that now that he has been working in real estate longer, he is fully knowledgeable in the entire process. I definitely recommend using Scott for any real estate transactions.

If anyone wants to buy/ sell a home I highly recommend you using Scott Pierce. I came across a home that Scott was selling, and I honestly didn't know how serious I really was on purchasing a home, until i met Scott. He asked me how many houses I have looked at, and my answer was zero. The next day Scott put a list together off houses in my price ranges, and the amenities that I mentioned that I wanted. We looked at several different ones, until i found the one! Scott made me feel as if I was his only client. He answered any questions i may have in a timely manner. Scott has great communication skills, with a great personality. I foresee Scott going very far in his career!

We met Scott at an open house, and at the time were undecided as to whether we wanted to list our home. Scott reached out to us later but not in a pushy way - he gave us time to decide what we wanted to do. When we decided to list, he was very responsive. He offered suggestions to make our home more marketable, but he recommended against things we considered that may not have provided a good return on investment, such as replacing carpet. He saved us from wasting money. We both work full time, have kids and dogs. Scott was very respectful of our time and other commitments. He always provided a minimum of 24 hours notice before showing our home, and held several open houses to appeal to potential buyers. Scott was quick to provide feedback when our home was shown. He made himself available to accommodate our schedules in showing us houses, and carefully considered our needs in recommending properties for us to see. When we accepted an offer on our house, Scott scheduled all the requested inspections and even let our dogs out so the inspectors could get in without us leaving work. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He sold our home in about 60 days during what is often a slow time in real estate, just before the holidays, and for more than we paid for our home when it was new two years ago. We could not have been more pleased. We have moved three times in the last four years and have worked with several realtors as both buyers and sellers. Scott is by far the best, and we highly recommend him.

Scott Pearce was an outstanding realtor for me!! He was exactly what I was looking for--a very aggressive, outgoing, personable, logical and enthusiastic person! He always put me at ease--no matter how stressed I might have become during the process!! My house had been on the market a few months when I started with Scott. He had it sold in a little over 2 months! He was always very honest and forthright with me and I so very much appreciated that. He was always upbeat and ready to do whatever he (or I) thought might be needed to sell my house! He was always accessible--even when I contacted him while he was on vacation! Anytime I called him he was always ready to listen and to help in any way he could!!
