We first worked with Scott 12 years ago to sell our townhouse in Baltimore City during the 2008 market crash. We sold in about 3 weeks for the full asking price. He helped us purchase our new home that was on a well and septic requiring many tests and inspections on a very short timeframe. Scott coordinated everything and got us in the new house the day after we closed on the sale of our old house - perfect timing!

Fast forward to 2020 and Scott helped us sell the house we bought in 2008 in 2 days at a price well above list price.

Scott is a seasoned professional that understands the local housing market. He always provides honest advice, and his pragmatic approach to selling houses has helped our family tremendously!

Scott Sanders represented us for the buying of a new home as well as the sale of our former home. He was very helpful and guided us through the process. He is very honest. With Scott's guidance, we were able to purchase a home in a very sought out neighborhood where houses are difficult to find. The sale of our former house was a challenge because of the Covid restrictions but he was able to find a buyer.
