Scott Stewart, co-founder of Westfield Realty Group has over 25 years of business experience specializing in the commercial aspect of real estate. This includes experience in franchising, lease negotiations, tenant relations, construction management, business and land development. Scott has been a licensed real estate agent since 1994.

Scott Stewart and his business partner, Charlie Sparks started Westfield Investment Group, a premier real estate development company in Lake City, Florida in 1994. Their projects have included strip centers, office buildings, hotel and restaurant sites, commercial business parks, warehouse space, and residential developments. Scott also co-founded United Outdoor, an outdoor advertising company based out of Lake City in 2000.
