Scott is a Rockstar agent! I purchased 2 multi unit homes as investment properties through him as my agent. Being an investor himself Scott is an excellent resource. I could always count on him for solid advice. If a realtor says Yes to you all the time then he just wants to get your business and does not educate you about market, setting expectation and other tips which can get your better results. I worked with Scott when the market was fierce and we landed in multiple bid situation. He was able to win it for me with his ninja negotiation skills. Scott knows the market, cashflow, appreciation, neighborhoods and pays a lot of attention to detail. There have been instances where he said No as soon as we entered the house. For me it is has been a great journey with him and I always trust him for his wisdom.

My husband and I can't say enough about Scott and his talents as a realtor. He made the home-buying process extremely smooth and surprisingly enjoyable in this crazy market.

His 24/7 communication, attention to detail and our "must haves", and the fact that he would drop anything to meet us for a showing were just a few things we really appreciated!

Scott made my first home buying experience super easy! It honestly felt like I barely did anything other than explain what I was looking for and show up to the listing. He answered all my questions and was even willing to taking me to showings on the weekend! He is very knowledgeable and helped steer me away from bad neighborhoods or houses that would need a lot of work since I didn't have the experience living in this city or with home repairs.

Scott is dedicated to making sure his customers are satisfied and it really shows with all the hard work he put it! I'll definitely be sharing his information to anyone looking to buy or sell.
