Scott Wilson was a key player in settling the estate of a deceased parent as he facilitated the sale of the homeplace; very professional and quick to respond to any questions or doubts with facts and experience; helped clarify to me the reality of the market trends surrounding our property including the whole town of Sweetwater and new job opportunities and what the incoming population was looking for. The information he communicated was more than just facts that you could glean off the internet about the past, but his current involvement in the market revealed the trajectory of what is coming down the pike and what we could expect in the near future and how our sale fit into that scenario. In addition to the regular advertising, he reached out to who he considered potential buyers to test the saleability of what we were marketing. I have owned 3 homes in my life, I sold the first two without a realtor but due to my work schedule I didn't have the time to take this one on myself. I interviewed a couple realtors however after meeting Scott there was no need to look any further. He was the most thorough (which I appreciated) but also provided a very detailed and professional listing that was better then I had expected. We got an offer the same day it listed and closed within a week. I could not have been happier. There are some good realtors out there but Scott is Great! I would refer him to anyone in the market to sell their home.

We were looking for a home in eastern Tennessee and saw a real estate sign with Scotts name on it. Called and couldn't have been happier with the service he has provided us. Scott will go above and beyond to accommodate you in your home search. Very easy to contact and always returns your call or text if he can't immediately be reached. He is very well connected in the mid-eastern Tennessee valley. He even showed us the home that we bought before it was officially on the market. Scott is an outstanding realtor that I highly recommend to anyone selling a home. He is knowledgeable, professional, hard working, and was able to sell our older home within the extremely short time frame that was necessary. We lived out of town and relied heavily on him to take care of issues that would have been very difficult for us. He did not disappoint and, in our opinion, went way above and beyond his duties to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly, satisfactorily, and with minimal stress. We will always be grateful for his ability to sell our home when we had given up hopes of getting it sold. He’s the best!

Scott is the ultimate realtor. He goes above and beyond to make sure stuff gets DONE and on time! He is super friendly and helpful and has the best sense of humor. Today we are moving into our new home all thanks to this guy right here. And the house is beautiful and perfect and he made sure of that!
