A native Angelino by birth, Scottman Wall, is the consummate Westside Agent due to his global view of the marketplace. His knowledge base of all area communities ranges from Malibu to Long Beach and in-land to the Desert Communities of Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert. Scottman has an extensive Design & Architecture background enabling him to bring visualization to properties for his clients allowing them to look beyond the immediate and more towards the future potential of each property consideration. A licensed real estate professional in California since 1996, Scottman understands the fluctuations in market conditions guiding his clients to make informed decisions based on past and future trends in the localized real estate economy.

In addition to his vast experience in the real estate Industry, Scottman holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and International Business giving him the skills to work with domestic as well as international clientele. Actively involved in his Community, Scottman has served an Advisory Board with the City of West Hollywood charged with reviewing and improving commercial and residential properties on the Eastside of the City’s Rehabilitation District.

He specializes in multiple types of property sales ranging from condominiums, single family, and multi-family units. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of Short Sales, REO’s, Trust and Probate Sales. He has personally been involved with ground-up new construction projects, as well as, having rehabbed and remodeled over twenty homes for resale.
