Sean was amazing. He sold our beach house in four days at 20% over asking. I thought that the asking price that he suggested was a reach and expected to lower it after it sat on the market for a while, but there were three offers almost immediately.
We now live 1200 miles from the beach and weren't able to take care of the things that come up before a sale. Sean took care of everything. Updating the smoke and CO detectors, replacing the fire extinguishers, taking down arbors that exceeded a height restriction, ... .
It was a pleasure doing business with him.
