Was dropping out of college on the dean's list the best idea? Good question. To most people, probably not. To me, absolutely! Going through school on a partial Army ROTC Scholarship and receiving honors in all my classes, something just didn't feel right. I would catch myself in the middle of class surfing the internet learning everything I could about real estate. I took such an interest in real estate, that I was learning more about the real estate market than my actual college courses. I knew I had to do something about this because very simply, I knew I had found my passion. I couldn't wait any longer, and I knew school was holding me back, so I took the risk and jumped into real estate.
