I chose to use James and Sean of Next Step Realty as my agents in buying a new home this year in Baltimore City. Working with them was great. He was professional and punctual in all interactions and he helped move the process along. He made himself readily available to look at houses and went to great lengths to get any questions, or concerns addressed. Most importantly, they did not make me feel pressured. Next Step Realty were amazing from the beginning. My fiance and I were initially abroad when we began the home buying process. They immediately responded to all our emails. When my fiance was back in town, they worked with him on selecting the style and price range that was best for our lifestyle and future. After we found a place we liked, they worked with the Seller's Agent to ensure the property was in tip top condition before we closed. Sean and James were absolutely exceptional to work with in my home buying process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. As a first time homebuyer I was looking for a realtor who taught me every step needed in a home buying process and provided the best customer service and patience along the way. I am very thankful I found them and was able to work with them. Sean and James were professional and personable throughout the entire process and as soon as I contacted James he was quick to respond to my inquiry and patient throughout all my questions and home searching. They were also extremely quick to respond to all calls, emails, and texts I had in regards to looking at homes, questions about homes I like, and more. I never had to wait hours at a time to hear back from him. After speaking to me and my husband, they took us out multiple times to find the right home and also emailed us homes we may be interested in weekly.
