I went to college with Sebastian and when I needed a reale state agent to help my mom sell her old building and buy a new home the majority of my friends told me Sebastian is a dependable professional that communicates effectively and with patience.

My mom appreciated that Sebastian made himself available when she had questions and he always assured her that every question is important. He was not pushy with an interest in making a quick buck and was focused on helping my mom, at 79 years old, find a home that SHE wanted.

My experience with Sebastián from Greater Chicago
Real Estate was surprisingly great.
I got his telephone number on line ,I called him to schedule an appointment for him to see the property that I was putting up for sale, he asked me for the price I was willing to sell, we agreed it was a fair price and I left all in his hands. Within three days we started getting showings of the property, in a week I got an offer and had a closing thereafter. In summary, I recommend this outfit for their knowledge of the market experience, their professionalism and efficiency.

Sebastian Hernandez sold our house about a month ago. He was very professional and responsive. Sebastian provided us with at least 24 hour notice when scheduling visits and always kept us updated with all correspondence and transactions. He explained all steps and broke down all possible scenarios. Instead of the process of selling our house being daunting (first time), it went smoothly. Sebastian is an excellent realtor. He helped us find our primary residence. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was patient with us as we looked for our perfect home. As stressful as buying property is, Sebastian made the whole experience easier. He walked us through each of the steps all the way to closing.
