Over the course of 15 years of running a successful communication agency and developing art programming, Sebastiano learned the value of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.
In Italy, after receiving his master’s in marketing and communication, Sebastiano worked as PR for major Italian TV networks. He then founded Mataeria, a creative agency that developed experiential events for brands like Coca-Cola, Pirelli, Samsung, Epson, and many others. In 2012 Sebastiano was awarded the bronze Presidential medal for the cultural contribution given to the project titled The Memory of the Stone.
He then moved his company to New York in 2014 where he expanded his work through collaborations with local cultural institutions and brands. With fluency in English, Italian, French, and Spanish he developed a wide network of contacts. Sebastiano decided to embrace his entrepreneurial spirit, passion for art, and knowledge of New York's cultural scene, to explore the world of real estate.
He transfers his creative vision and capabilities to now help sellers. Combining innovative PR initiatives with traditional and social media marketing, Sebastiano focuses on enhancing exposure, hence the value of properties.
