I recently had the pleasure of working with Seema as my realtor, and I must say that she exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, it was evident that Seema goes above and beyond for her clients. Her attention to detail and commitment to understanding my needs were truly remarkable.
One aspect that stood out to me was Seema's attention to detail. I expressed to her how important it was for me to have ample sunlight in my future home, and she took it upon herself to ensure this requirement was met. I was amazed when she pulled out her compass app to determine where and when the sun would hit different properties. Her innovative thinking and willingness to think outside the box truly impressed me.
Throughout the entire process, Seema consistently demonstrated her genuine care for her clients. It was a particularly difficult home sale, because I couldn't be there very often to help get the house ready, but Seema was always willing to pick up the slack. She was energetic and helpful and her advice got us the price we had hoped for, even as the market became more difficult for sellers. She did a great job.

Seema Wu is a class act. She is very knowledgeable about the market, so friendly and personable, and will go that extra mile for you. She has been a light in my life and not only helped me declutter as she has a professional organizing business, but she got me way over asking price. She helped me prepare my house, pick colors, floor stain, lighting, backsplash, etc. She did not leave one stone unturned and always responded to my texts sometimes in minutes. She has a really good eye and will make your house look beautiful to attract the most offers. I wish I had another home to sell for the mere joy of working with her. Don’t even think twice. Hire her!!! She will get you top dollar for your home and is 100% honest and trustworthy. She really enjoys what she does and it shines through. It has been an incredibly positive experience.

Seema was so amazing. She helped us sell our house and buy our dream home. She has a gift for being able to stage a home for optimal viewings, and we had over 30 offers on our home in just 6 days!
