What did I like about my experience?

To many things to list...

BUY SIDE:
- Went over an beyond the call to accommodate the complexity of our schedules for showings
- Quickly understood our needs and style that saved us time looking at homes without potential
- Gracefully re-aligned our tendencies to shift priorities after seeing so many houses
- Represented us firmly during the negotiation process
- Walked with us every step of the way of the transaction process from inspection through closing to make it as comfortable as possible
- Followed up continuously with seller's agent on a few issues we had during the transaction process and kept us up to date regularly and proactively

SELL SIDE:
- Offered very accurate guidance on price potential of our home and what edits would and wouldn't need to be made to achieve that price
- a testament to her knowledge of the area and market
- Organized a very pointed listing strategy to ensure traction on a single day of showings as to avoid my family (2 kids, 3 dogs) to be on guard over a period of time to leave the house. Ultimately, all showings were completed in one day.
- Staged our house beautifully, driving massive interest (as I observed on Zillow data)
- Knowing our discomfort in showing our house during this process, Renee even brought agents from her network to pre-tour our home to potentially receive an offer before any showings would be necessary
- Extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel anxiety or uninformed during the process
