Hi, I am Sergio. I am excited to share a little about myself and how I got into the real estate industry. I have been in real estate for many years, I started my own real estate journey with buying properties in 1992. Specifically, “Hud Properties”, I would recondition them and flip them. For those who are unfamiliar with HUD Homes/Properties, these are foreclosed on homes who FHA financed. Unfortunately, FHA has more defaults on loans than any other loans available. So, there are more of these homes financed by FHA that are available for foreclose purchase. I also purchased multi-family properties for rentals “passive income”. I did this while holding a full-time job. I enjoyed my real estate business so much more than my regular job, so after years of doing both, I decided to go to school and get my real estate credentials. In 2021 after getting my License I decided to dedicate 100% of my time to real estate, and I also enrolled in school to get my certifications: GRI – Business Planning, SRS – Sales Representative Specialist, LHC – Luxury Home Certification, to better serve my clients. Needless to say, I am “All IN!” I help my clients on the selling side “Listings” and the buying side “Buyers” as well. I work with First-Time Homebuyers to Seasoned Investors and have programs with Down Payment Assistance for First Responders, Teachers, First Time Homebuyers, and Self-Employed Buyers. My priority is ensuring that my clients are informed all the way through the transaction on either side. Communication is vital for a successful real estate transaction.

In my personal time, I love to travel and enjoy the great outdoors. I travel to South America once a year to visit my family, enjoying the beach, culture, food, and the best part – spending time with them. In the states, my favorite places feature mountains, trails, rivers, lakes, and the ocean. Count me in on any of these locations. Besides enjoying a great trail in my 4X4, I scuba dive and explore the reefs of San Andres, Aruba, Bonaire, and the local beaches of California.
