1. I am a real estate agent since 1989.
2. In 2022, my clients who were planning to sell 3 properties in Moreno Valley which I did not have a clue where the city is, so I need to find someone good to list them.
3. I spent whole 3 days searching for a top producer who can really perform. That also says "Most of the top producers can't preform in my opinions". Sergio is the one who can perform. He is quick, precise, willing to serve his clients' best interest.
He is the A++ agent that you can work with.

Sergio is a true professional. He recently sold an investment property for us and I can't say enough good things about him.

Because we didn't live in the area, he went over and beyond in helping us to prepare the property for sale. He helped us bring in people to clean up the house, made all the necessary repairs, had photos taken and 3-D tour produced and put the house on the market all while we were not there. He is resourceful, efficient and was always on top of everything during the whole process.

He has a wealth of experience in this business and made the whole process easy and comfortable for us. He is hardworking, kind, and thoughtful and always communicated with us timely. It was truly a pleasure to work with him.

I reached out to Sergio to help me sell an investment property. I have worked with a number of agents, but Sergio is the most resourceful real estate agents I ever work with. You can tell he’s very experienced and professional from the first conversation with him.

Throughout the whole process of getting the house ready for market, Sergio regularly checked on the house and is very proactive to deal with issue that comes out. He takes care of small issues and update me afterwards. And whenever I need some help, he can provide me with contacts of trustworthy professionals.

As I need to put the property on market asap, he gets the marketing material done beautifully in just less than one week. His photograph and virtual staging materials are on point.

Also, his comp study helps me to set up the right price point, which is higher than I expected and in the same time, fair enough to get good amount of interested buyers to view. The property enters escrow within a week after listing above asking price.

It’s hard to come across an agent like Sergio. He thinks and acts in his client’s best interest. I’ll definitely turn to him if I need to list another property in the area. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to list their home or sell their investment property.

I can't say enough about how pleased and appreciative for Sergio Salazar services. He is knowledgeable, patient, very attentive to your needs. He was never over bearing and I never felt pressured. He explained everything happening at each step and kept me updated. I had a very convoluted issue which needed to meet needs of several parties involved to make my home sale happen. It took a few long months in the making which was not related to Sergio, but once he was involved, he was very patient and he was actually the pivotal part that made this sale happen quickly, swiftly and on deadline. Once he had the green light, he was helpful in getting contacts to make needed repairs and clean up to get the home to show better then the condition it was left in. His guidance on the housing market and being realistic with sale was so helpful for me to keep me grounded on my expectations. He was able to accommodate all the additional parties involved promptly and professionally. To my surprise once he listed the home, he had multiple showings immediately and multiple offers came in with bidding which again was a surprise but the house sold within a week and closed in the promised 30 days. He was definitely a blessing. Sale of property is so stressful and he answered all my questions any time of day, weekends he was always available and so wonderful to work with. A person's character goes a long way when their words, promises and actions are all align. Sergio Salazar character is impeccable in my experience. And I am sure he is this way with all his clients but he made me feel so special that I could trust in him the way I did.

If you're reading this because you are looking for a real estate agent to help you buy or sell a home, you have found him! Sergio iS your guy!

Sergio came highly recommended by my sister who is also a real estate agent but in VA. He was very prompt in answering my email once I reached out. We later met and he explained how he worked and what we could expect from him. Once we agree, we signed the contract. If you are a seller, know that Sergio will stage your home as part of his service. This is so important and really helps your home stand out as buyers could see what their future home's potential is. Once our house was listed, we received two offers within 5 days. The house was sold and closed in 6 weeks.

What really impressed us about him was that not only was he professional, but he was also kind, understanding and really put us at ease when we were stressed out. We had a lot of issues with our contractor and Sergio was able to recommend another contractor to work with us. We couldn't thank him enough for 'saving' us from a nightmare!

Throughout the whole selling process, he was on top of everything and updated us regularly but not overburdening us with minor details that he could take care of. He also helped us in making recommendations on what we could concentrate on fixing and what we didn't have to worry about. His wealth of knowledge and experience really sets him apart and above other agent.

I found Sergio via homelight. My husband and I were renting our house in California and opted to sell. The problem was that we were currently in Puerto Rico, so all of our communication would have to be done via phone or electronically, as well as having to have all documents signed electronically. Sergio reached out to me after I filled out a simple questionnaire on homelight. Within 5 minutes of chatting with him I knew he was the perfect realtor for us, he ensured that we would be able to do everything via docusign!

I will admit, we really put him through the ringer in regards to our renters, who were the worst. Throughout the mess of our renters refusing potential buyers to view the house, Sergio went above and beyond, and acted as a facilitator with our renters, ensuring their comfortability, as well as getting our house sold. (Which was no small feat).

His professionalism, and kindness towards our situation really made us feel like he was doing everything he could to ensure we would get the most value out of our home. He was always straightforward with us, (even when there were things we sometimes didn't want to hear), but never rude or abrasive. His matter-of-fact communication style paired well with his genuine concern to help us out.

We contacted Sergio Salazar about 3 weeks ago. We had a list of questions to ask him over the phone and he answered all of our questions clearly. We scheduled an appointment to interview Sergio and 2 other agents. He was the first one that we interviewed. After the appointment was over, we knew Sergio would be the one who would list our condo. But, we wanted to make sure that we have done due dilligent and continued to interview the other agents. We felt very comfortable with Sergio. The market is brutal for buyers right now but I actually had a fun time shopping for houses with Sergio. This is my first home, so the process was really daunting going in. Sergio spent the time demystifying each step, translating the legalese, and ultimately made the whole thing completely painless. It's not easy to drop your life savings on a down payment, but I couldn't be happier with the house I ended up in. Even with the extremely low inventory and rapidly rising prices in Mid 2021, I feel like I got a great deal on a beautiful house in the perfect location. Sergio was super helpful when we contacted him almost 4 years ago about selling our mom's home after she passed. He put us in touch with a man who could do the updates and repairs needed for a 60-year-old home and put together a detailed estimate of the market value. Due to several factors it took quite a while for us to get to a point where my siblings and I could move forward with sale. Once we were ready, we contacted Sergio again. Before the renovations were fully completed and the house was actually on the market, he had lined up 10 viewings. Let me start by saying that I don’t do reviews, I just don’t; but the experience I had in selling my home with Sergio can not go unnoticed.

When it came to selling my house I was absolutely overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. I did my research and talked to several realtors and when I talked to Sergio I knew right away he was my guy! From beginning to end I had such a wonderful experience working with Sergio. Not only was he knowledgeable, organized, and readily available, but also brought such peace to this entire transaction; something I really needed. With his amazing contacts, I was able to stage my house and capture pictures and a virtual video tour that made it easy to sell my house in a week! With every detail Sergio fought for my best interest and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. COVID made everything much harder, but Sergio and his team have been such a blessing and made it easy to trust them with such a huge part of my life. Sergio truly is an agent of all trades: he always took his time to point out things every time we viewed a property, he has abundance of knowledge and his expertise truly helped us as buyers. As first time homebuyers, the whole process was new to us yet Sergio was always patient and he took his time to explain the process to us, especially communication was somewhat a challenge (we're deaf and we use ASL), however he was always ready with Voice to Text on his phone. This testimony is long over due but well deserved! My wife and I had a AMAZING experience selling and purchasing our new home with Sergio. Back in December we reached out to a few realtors and out of the four Sergio stood out. He took his time explaining the process and in doing this, I learned so much and felt more confident. Once my wife and I were ready to move forward,we put our home on the market and received far more then asking price less then 5 days. During escrow, Sergio kept us updated with the process and informed on the closing date.

Once we closed, I reached out to Sergio a few months later we started to look at different properties all over Riverside. May of the great reasons why Sergio was great is that he grew up in Riverside and knows exactly what I was looking for. It was a little hard sticking a offer due to the competitive market but Sergio got it done!

Last month early November, I was looking for houses in Riverside, I came across of one beautiful house and I like it. Somehow I have not gotten a realtor so I look at those recommended at the website I’m using for browsing houses. I saw Sergio’s name and I called him. I am glad I did as he immediately presented me a proposition of schedule of when I want to view the house. Before viewing the house, I was brief of what the current status of the house. The former owner suffered some disability and un able to care for most of the house. With that said, I was already 50% on backing out, I do not have any funding’s to pay for major repairs so I thought I will not be able to get this house. As soon as the viewing was done, I did not find the house too shabby at all, Sergio also took care of the inspection and that Inspector was detailed. The other repairs that needed was negotiated with the help of Sergio. He did make sure that safety of the new owner will be well taken care of. We also encounter some hiccup at the closing but it was due to some undisclosed issue by the owner, he again jump into action and we are able to continue the closing process. With my experience with him, I am now aware of what to advice to any new buyer out there. And what to look for. Sergio was able to make the negotiation work smoothly even with some setbacks. Sergio is very professional, and stand by his word. So far all the needed alterations or fixes are done and are professionally worked on. The garaged which is almost falling down was change and it is now very much operational.

This Christmas was a total blessing!!! Thanks to Sergio, my family are able to be in one roof, warm and cozy and spend a very peaceful Christmas.

Sergio sold our rental property for us which closed a couple days ago. We are out of state. This was not a problem free sale Two buyers backed out, homeless kids broke in, HVAC quit, waterline issue flooded the yard. Throughout it all Sergio was on it having his repair man on the job the same day, getting the HVAC and plumbers on site immediately and doing all the things we would expect to do but couldn't as we are 800 miles away.

A few years ago I bought a condo around UCR; I've done my undergraduate there, was a few years into my doctorate, and wanted to live closer to UCR without paying those ridiculous rent costs. I graduated UCR and was faced with the tough decision, do I rent or sale my condo?

One of the most stressful things in life is buying your first home. To add even more stress, I was born and raised in Northern California, but moving from Dallas to the Inland Empire. I knew next to no one, let alone a great realtor.

We are very pleased with Sergio's professional work. From the beginning, 1. Sergio gave us the right price for our house when other realtors were telling us to sell for about 30k less than what we sold. All the realtors gave us comparables, but his was right on the money. 2. He coached us with staging and some minor repairs that proved to be key in getting our house sold for above our asking price. 3. He helped us with every open house we asked him to do even though we did one every weekend. 4. Sergio was very flexible in accommodating us as sellers who wanted to be at the Open houses; he helped us understand what would be good to do in the open house and why. 5. Sergio knows key people in the Southern California area that are experts in all aspects of real estate. His knowledge saved me 2k in escrow fees, approx. 2k in necessary repairs, and approx. 1k in buyer requested repairs. We recently purchased a home with Sergio as our agent. We couldn't have had any better service, he exceeded our expectations. He is a great agent, who listens to what we wanted and was always there to show you a home or answer any questions. In my opinion, he went above and behind.

When we were closing on our home from an investor and was trying to do a final walk through with the property, we were unable to gain access to enter the property. Sergio went out of his way and swing by the property during the week and discovered water damage on the baseboards that were not present when we saw the property. This was our worst nightmare, what were we getting ourselves into, but with Sergio's help we were able to close on the property and still negotiate on the compensation of damages. He advised us which documents to sign and which to not in order for us to not have our rights violated. He stood by us and guided us through the whole ordeal with great professionalism and experience. He helped us gather documents, emailed seller, and negotiated on our behalf. He was very reassuring and consulted lawyers for us, just in case if we needed to go a different route. He was supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, and so much more. We are so glad everything went well and were able to get compensated for damages.

If you are looking for the best, search no more. Sergio is simply the BEST agent for the job. We will be recommending him to all our friends and family.

Being a first time home buyer, I was skeptical of real estate agents. My finance had used Sergio in the past and when we were ready to buy our first home together he insisted on using Sergio again. I have to say, I am so glad he did! Sergio is knowledgeable in all things real estate. He was willing to answer ALL of my questions, and worked with our busy schedules to see any property. He even showed us properties at 8pm, what other agent does that! He never pressured us after seeing a home, or tried to "sell" us on the property. If we asked him his opinion he would give it honestly, but never pushed for one home.

We put in multiple offers on properties and Sergio honestly told us what was fair, and what wasn't. He communicated with us through the whole process, giving us status updates, and letting us know as soon as he heard back from a sellers agent. When we finally got the property we wanted, he had an arsenal of people to contact for any home improvement needs. We worked with several of his referrals and they were excellent as well.

Overall, I would refer Sergio to all of my friends and family. When we are ready to sell this house and find another, our first call will be to him! Thank you Sergio for all your hard work and for getting us into our first home together!

About three weeks into our buying process I woke up and the first thing on my mind and out of my mouth was, "I am so grateful we found Sergio." Buying a house is so stressful, especially when you're doing it from the other side of the country, and Sergio 100% had our back. He made us feel like we were always his most important clients.

I would recommend Sergio without the slightest hesitation. He went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, his communication is always quick and included all the details, and he's just a great guy who is easy to work with.

Sergio is an exemplary realtor. He knows his stuff and is more than willing to learn more when faced with something new. We were exclusively interested in an older home and he was well acquainted with the historic market in Riverside. Sergio also made sure to get contractors and inspectors that were known for their work with older homes so that he could trust that he was providing us with the best available service. It is clear that Sergio takes pride in his earned reputation and works hard to maintain it.

Sergio knew all the ins and outs of the home buying process and could easily address any of our questions (we had a lot). He never made us feel like we were a bother and quickly and professionally responded to each with clear, realistic answers. Sergio also expertly walked that fine line of working for us and respecting our wishes while also remaining the expert and advising us when necessary.

We are moving to Riverside because of a new faculty position at UCR. I mention this because if there are any other new folks moving for this reason and using the UCR loan system, Sergio is now well acquainted with their rules, their people, and their process. His knowledge will definitely be of value to you as you navigate their system.

Lastly, I mentioned we've been doing all this from across the country? We currently live in Boston and Sergio has been our surrogate in so many ways. When we first found the house he toured us around with video, acted as our eyes and ears and answered so many questions, worked with numerous contractors on our behalf, spent a day with my husband when he flew out for the inspection, met up with our friends to pass along the key, took measurements for us for the fridge... I mean seriously! Above and beyond, people. Above and beyond.

I wholeheartedly feel good about recommending Sergio and can be certain that anyone working with him will be in great hands.

A family member recently bought their first home and Sergio was their agent. They said that Sergio walked them through the entire process with ease by providing them with all the info and tools they needed to find their first home. They were very happy with his services and based on their feedback I knew it was a good choice to have Sergio list my home for sale.

It was my first time listing a home so I wasn't too sure what it all entailed. Sergio started with a consultation at my home, he assessed the property and my expectations/ballpark ideas for pricing, and expectations of how quickly I wanted the property to sell. Based on his consultation, I decided that I wanted the house to sell quickly and sell for the highest price my particular market could support. Sergio pointed out key fixes/upgrades that could be done to the home that would achieve the plan to sell high and quickly. Sergio made getting the fixes done easier by referring me to a couple of contractors who took care of the fixes professionally and at a very reasonable price.

Sergio provided a very nice presentation of the comparables and recent sales in the area that backed up a realistic recommendation for the listing price. Based on the information he provided I felt confident that the suggested listing price would get the home good traction online and get buyers into the home for viewings. As an added plus Sergio had the home professionally photographed so that the home would look at its best online.
Within hours of listing the home, we had several hits and scheduled viewings. By the end of the first week we had several offers and I was able to accept an offer that was over the asking price!

I can't express enough how Sergio's work made the entire process feel easy. He was quickly available to answer any questions, he explained everything (paperwork, pricing strategy, current market conditions etc.) in way that was easy to understand, and we had good rapport.

Sergio has in depth knowledge of the the many, many different housing markets in Southern California and he'll be my go to realtor for my future home buys and sells. His level of knowledge and awesome customer service is top notch and a rarity. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Recently worked with Sergio to bring a pool up to code by installing a 5 foot pool fence around a pool to make it safe for kids. The project was smooth from start to finsh and I considered Gran Vista to be very professional.
