Serina Gutowski is the most outstanding real estate agent with a flair for interior design. Relocating to Charlotte North Carolina at the turn of the century with her husband and two sons, gave her the first impression of true Southern Living. Her family ventured a little further south, ending up in South Carolina. Dreaming of living close to the ocean she absolutely fell in love with Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. Serina's background prior to being an agent is in Medical Business Management. She has always loved helping people. She found her niche by helping patients with administrative skills. Putting herself through college while working as an Administrative Assistant for a Home Health Care company. After moving to Charlotte, one of her favorite things to do with her children were to visit model homes in new neighborhoods. Dragging all her out-of-town visitors to all these model homes, she enjoyed learning about the neighborhoods, and the model home décor and dreamt that one day she would be a Real Estate Agent. While living in Charlotte her husband became a General Contractor, helping him build and design custom homes. For eight years, since living in Bluffton, she has been creating Kitchens and Baths. She is so excited to accomplish her dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent. She prides herself in having a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and strong faith. Her goals as an agent are to make the whole process fun and stress-free.
