Seth is an amazing person and fantastic realtor. This was my first home buying experience, and during a global pandemic. But he was willing to help us find a house within our budget in a great place while keeping us informed about each area in Fort Wayne. He was willing to take video tours of each house while we were across State lines and was always able to make the most each trip we made. I would highly recommend Seth’s services, as he was professional, and prompt with assisting any questions we had.

Seth is really amazing at what he does! He listened to what we wanted and also did a ton of research on the must-have things. We greatly appreciate Seth for all the help. He was always right there when we had questions or needed him. He is also very nice and cares about our lives outside of just buying a house. He always checks in to make sure we are still doing good or having any problems and he offers help or insight if we need it. Ask for Seth when looking to buy a new home, you won’t be sorry!

Well this was my first home that I purchased. And it was super easy laid-back didn’t matter what time or day it was he would still answer his phone and answer questions. It was rocky at first with the previous homeowner but he jump through hoops for us. So if I could recommend anyone for a realtor it would definitely be Seth Dawson
